Cendra supports four upsell pricing models, giving you flexibility to price extras based on your business model and guest expectations.

Fixed Price

A set amount for the upsell service, regardless of other factors. Best for: Services with consistent costs — airport transfers, grocery packs, welcome baskets. Example: Early check-in for $30 flat fee.

Hourly

Per-hour pricing based on how much earlier or later the guest checks in or out. Best for: Early check-in and late checkout where the value scales with time. Example: Early check-in at 15/hourguestcheckingin2hoursearlypays15/hour — guest checking in 2 hours early pays 30, 3 hours early pays $45.

Percentage

A percentage of the nightly rate applied as the upsell price. Best for: Premium properties where upsell value should scale with the room rate. Example: Late checkout at 20% of nightly rate — a 200/nightpropertycharges200/night property charges 40 for late checkout.

Gap Percentage

Percentage-based pricing for calendar gap offers — services offered during empty periods between reservations. Best for: Maximizing revenue from vacant nights by offering discounted stays or services. Example: 50% of nightly rate for a gap night between two reservations.
