Connecting WhatsApp Business
- Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp Connection
- Follow the 3-step setup wizard:
- Select your WhatsApp Business account
- Configure message templates
- Complete the integration
- Once connected, guest WhatsApp messages appear in your unified inbox
Connecting Email (Gmail or Outlook)
- Navigate to Settings → Email
- Click Add Email Account
- Choose Gmail or Outlook
- Authenticate via OAuth (Google or Microsoft login)
- Cendra starts syncing incoming guest emails immediately
