Cendra supports multiple communication channels for guest messaging: WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Outlook, and booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com (via your PMS inbox). Connect at least one channel to start receiving guest messages in your unified inbox.

Connecting WhatsApp Business

  1. Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp Connection
  2. Follow the 3-step setup wizard:
    • Select your WhatsApp Business account
    • Configure message templates
    • Complete the integration
  3. Once connected, guest WhatsApp messages appear in your unified inbox

Connecting Email (Gmail or Outlook)

  1. Navigate to Settings → Email
  2. Click Add Email Account
  3. Choose Gmail or Outlook
  4. Authenticate via OAuth (Google or Microsoft login)
  5. Cendra starts syncing incoming guest emails immediately
You can also connect email via IMAP for custom email servers.

All Channels in One Inbox

Once connected, all guest messages — regardless of channel — appear in Cendra’s unified inbox. You see WhatsApp messages, Gmail emails, and Outlook emails in a single view, with AI suggestions for each.
