Cendra only upgrades your tier when she successfully automates more of your workload — you never pay more without getting more value. $10 per listing per month is the base price. Your per-listing rate increases as automation improves, because higher automation = more value delivered.

How Automation Rate Is Measured

Automation rate = intents Cendra fully resolves without human help ÷ total intents received. Example: If 100 guest questions come in and Cendra resolves 75 without escalation, your automation rate is 75%.
