- Navigate to Settings → Email
- Click Add Email Account
- Select Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP
- Authenticate via OAuth (Gmail/Outlook) or enter server details (IMAP)
- Cendra begins syncing emails immediately
What Happens When a Guest Emails
- Email arrives at your business inbox
- Cendra receives the email in real-time (Gmail Pub/Sub or Outlook Graph notifications)
- Email appears in your unified inbox alongside WhatsApp messages
- AI processes the email and generates a response
- Based on your automation level, the response is sent automatically or queued for review
- Reply is sent from your business email address — the guest sees your email, not Cendra’s
