A workspace in Cendra is an isolated environment where your team collaborates on guest communication. Each workspace has its own:
  • Properties — synced from your PMS
  • AI agents — configured for your brand and communication style
  • Inbox — unified view of all guest messages
  • Team members — with role-based permissions
  • Knowledge base — property-specific information for AI agents
  • Billing — separate subscription per workspace

How to Create a Workspace

  1. Sign up at app.cendra.ai using your email, Google, or Microsoft account
  2. Name your workspace — typically your company or brand name
  3. Set your timezone — used for scheduling, business hours, and reservation timing
  4. Invite team members (optional) — add colleagues by email and assign roles
