What the Sandbox Does
- Simulates real conversations — send messages as if you were a guest
- Uses your actual AI agent — same pipeline, knowledge base, and rules as production
- Mock reservation context — configure check-in dates, property, guest count, and booking status
- Instant feedback — see how the AI responds and why
How to Use the Sandbox
- Navigate to Agent Hub → Test Agent
- Select a property from the dropdown
- Configure the mock reservation:
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Reservation status (inquiry, confirmed, arriving, hosting, etc.)
- Booking channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct)
- Guest count (adults and children)
- Payment status (paid or unpaid)
- Type a test message — ask about check-in, WiFi, amenities, or anything a guest would ask
- Review the AI response — verify accuracy, tone, and completeness
What to Test
| Scenario | What to verify |
|---|---|
| ”What time is check-in?” | AI references correct property check-in time |
| ”What’s the WiFi password?” | AI retrieves from knowledge base |
| ”Can I check in early?” | AI follows your early check-in procedure or escalation rule |
| ”I want to cancel” | AI escalates per your guardrails (if configured) |
| “Where can I park?” | AI uses property parking instructions |
| Send a message in Spanish | AI responds in the guest’s language (if language matching is enabled) |
Sandbox vs Production
The Sandbox uses the exact same AI pipeline as production. The only difference is that messages are not sent to real guests. What you see in the Sandbox is what guests will experience.Next: Go Live
