Stripe Integration - Cendra

Cendra integrates with Stripe for subscription billing and upsell payment collection. When guests accept an upsell offer (early check-in, late checkout, or add-on services), payment is collected through a secure Stripe checkout session.

Upsell Payment Flow

Cendra’s AI sends an upsell offer to the guest via WhatsApp or email
Guest clicks the payment link
Stripe checkout collects payment securely
Cendra receives a webhook confirmation
The upsell is marked as confirmed
AI can reference the confirmed upsell in future conversations

Payment Statuses

Status	Description
Pending	Payment link sent, awaiting guest action
Completed	Payment collected successfully
Expired	Payment link expired without action

Setup

Connect your Stripe account in Settings → Payments. Cendra uses Stripe Connect to link your account securely.
