Cendra’s AI agents won’t just answer guest questions — they’ll accept bookings directly from any communication channel. A guest messages you on WhatsApp asking about availability, and the AI checks your calendar, offers a price, creates a payment link, collects payment, confirms the reservation, and syncs it to your PMS — all without human intervention. No OTA commissions. No manual booking process. No double bookings.
