# Workspace Settings

> Cendra workspace settings let you configure your team's shared environment — workspace name, timezone, team members, and general preferences for your property management operation.

Cendra workspace settings let you configure your team's shared environment. Each workspace operates independently with its own properties, AI agents, team members, and billing.

## General Settings

| Setting            | Description                        |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------- |
| **Workspace name** | Your company or brand name         |
| **Timezone**       | Default timezone for the workspace |

## Team Members

Manage who has access to your workspace:

* **Invite members** — add team members by email
* **Assign roles** — give each member a role that determines their permissions
* **Property access** — restrict members to specific properties
* **Remove members** — revoke access when team members leave

## Multi-Workspace

Cendra supports multiple workspaces for operators managing properties under different brands. Each workspace has separate:

* PMS connections
* AI agent configurations
* Team members and permissions
* Billing and subscription

Switch between workspaces from the workspace selector in the navigation.
