A workspace is your team's shared environment for managing properties, AI agents, and guest messaging. A Cendra workspace is your team's shared environment for managing properties, AI agents, and guest messaging across WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. Creating a workspace is the first step to automating guest communication. ## What is a Workspace? A workspace in Cendra is an isolated environment where your team collaborates on guest communication. Each workspace has its own: * **Properties** — synced from your PMS * **AI agents** — configured for your brand and communication style * **Inbox** — unified view of all guest messages * **Team members** — with role-based permissions * **Knowledge base** — property-specific information for AI agents * **Billing** — separate subscription per workspace ## How to Create a Workspace 1. **Sign up** at [app.cendra.ai](https://app.cendra.ai) using your email, Google, or Microsoft account 2. **Name your workspace** — typically your company or brand name 3. **Set your timezone** — used for scheduling, business hours, and reservation timing 4. **Invite team members** (optional) — add colleagues by email and assign roles Your workspace is ready in under a minute. The next step is connecting your property management system. ## Multi-Workspace Support Cendra supports multiple workspaces for operators who manage properties under different brands or companies. Each workspace operates independently with its own PMS connection, AI agents, and team. Switch between workspaces from the workspace selector in the top navigation. Connect your property management system to sync properties and reservations.
